Billing terms

These terms explain how AI WIN ("the Service") charges for paid plans and how payments work. They apply together with the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

1. Subscription plans and periods

• The plans on sale, their prices and periods are those listed on the plans page. Prices are in New Taiwan dollars.
• Subscriptions are prepaid: each payment opens one period (for example one month or one year); any bonus days shown on a plan are added to that period.
• Access opens as soon as the payment completes and the payment provider notifies the Service, and lasts until the same time on the end date.
• If you buy again while a subscription is still active, the new period starts when the current one ends, so none of your remaining time is lost.

2. No automatic charges

The Service does not store your payment method and never charges you or renews automatically. When a period ends, paid access stops and your account returns to free-member access; to extend, simply buy again.

3. Payment methods

• Credit card and Apple Pay are currently accepted, processed by the payment provider Insanetec.
• You pay on the payment provider's page. The Service never receives or stores your full card number, expiry date or security code.
• The payment provider's notification is final as to the payment result. An unfinished or failed payment opens no access and creates no charge.

4. No cancellation after payment

Paid content is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium and is fully delivered as soon as the payment completes and access opens. Under Taiwan's rules on reasonable exceptions to the right of withdrawal in distance sales, once you accept these terms at purchase the 7-day unconditional withdrawal period does not apply; a completed payment cannot be cancelled.

If you paid but access did not open, open a ticket in the support area with your order number (shown under "Orders and payments" on your account page); once confirmed, the Service will open your access.

5. Account termination

If an account is terminated for breaching the Terms of Service (for example leaking or reselling paid content, or giving a false age declaration), the remaining period ends with it.

6. Price and plan changes

The Service may change the price or content of its plans; periods already paid for are not affected.

7. Disputes

For questions or disputes about charges, please open a ticket in the support area first. Anything not covered here is governed by the law and jurisdiction set out in section 11 of the Terms of Service.
