AI WIN ("the Service") provides data analysis of professional sports fixtures. By using the Service you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms. If you do not accept any part of them, please stop using the Service.
These Terms apply together with the Privacy Policy, the Billing terms, the Age Limit terms, and the disclaimer shown on every page.
The leagues and fixtures actually covered are those shown on the site, and may change from season to season.
The following three limits are product-level constraints and are not relaxed on request:
The Service does not accept, broker or place bets. If such activity is prohibited where you live, you must follow your local law.
You must be 18 or older to use the Service, and you must confirm your age at sign-in. If you give a false age declaration, the Service may terminate your account at any time, and any subscription period you bought ends with it.
Sign-in is currently available through LINE only. One LINE account corresponds to one Service account.
Some analysis requires the purchase of a subscription plan. Subscriptions are prepaid: each payment opens one period, and nothing is charged automatically when it ends. Prices, periods and payment methods are set out in the Billing terms; the plans actually on sale are those listed on the plans page.
Paid content is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. Without prior written permission you may not:
Paid content carries a watermark that identifies the account it was served to. The Service records when paid content was accessed, how often, and the watermark string issued, and uses those records to trace the source of any leak. Where a leak is confirmed, the Service may terminate the account, stop providing the service, and pursue legal remedies.
The analysis, model output, statistical charts, page design and source code on this site are owned by the Service or its licensors.
Factual data such as fixtures and scores comes from third-party sources and remains the property of its rights holders. The Service presents facts and its own analysis; it does not republish source content in full.
Fixtures, scores and statistics come from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. The Service corrects errors once found, and fixtures corrected by hand are marked as such on the site.
The official result of any fixture is the one published by the league. The Service is not responsible for the timeliness or accuracy of third-party data.
The Service may add, change or discontinue any part of the site, and will announce such changes in advance where practical.
The Service may suspend or terminate your account, telling you why, if you:
The Service is provided as-is. It is not warranted to be uninterrupted or error-free, or to fit any particular purpose you have in mind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability for damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service is capped at the amount you actually paid to the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose. The Service is not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, or third-party claims. This limit does not apply to liability arising from intent or gross negligence.
When these Terms are revised, a new version is published with its effective date. Substantive changes are put to you again for confirmation; continuing to use the Service means you accept the new version. Every version, and your record of acceptance, is retained by the Service and can be produced on request.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Unless the law provides otherwise, the Taipei District Court has first-instance jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
